PySAL is a large project with many components. This is the one-stop-shopping, point of entry for questions about the broader project.
You can submit a question using the Issues tab at the top of the page. Next click the green New Issue button.
You can enter your quesiton in the textitle text box, and if you have more details, enter them
in the comment fields. So that we may help you in the best possible way, please provide as much information as you can
regarding your question (operating system, its version, etc).
