Mimikyu is an e-Badge design inspired from Pokémon. The Badge embeds Attiny45 Micro-controller and Capacitive touch sensor for LED control (reverse mounted below eyes). The whole badge is powered by a 3V coin cell.
NOTE: BC547 pinout used in the design won't support SOT23 package, you may have to do some rework with TO-92 package.
