Analytics/search.gov review; closes #3861

Cleans up analytics and sets the proper affiliate for search.gov

Is there any way to see that analytics are hooked up right? I'm still new to Cloud.gov.

When you merge, please use "squash and merge".

Thanks. Let me merge and get back to you on the analytics front -- I'm not quite sure how to get y'all access to analytics, and I think that's a broader issue that I need to tackle for TLC
