We really should have git seekret check check the staged files by default.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update help output to show that check checks staged files by default.
  • Set staged property to true by default.
  • Reverse staged property logic evaluation to toggle it from true to false.

* Updates help to note that staged files are checked by default
* Reverses logic evaluation for checking of staged files so that
  the default is to check for staged files.
