I was expecting the pdf to be accessible to folks who rely on screen readers to interact with web content, but my screen reader (Im just using the built in Mac tool) isn't picking up any tags on the pdf. Am I missing something? If we still need to add tags, there are some good resources in the GSA 508 guide re: accessible pdfs here.

One small change we can also make - Let's remove the dates from the document name, as it was a bit overwhelming to listen to when read.
