Changing 'error' to 'initial findings' in a11y section

Here's what I'd suggest, styling wise:

Finding and replacing errors with initial findings would impact the readability a good bit. I'd suggest doing a find and replace on the page for errors to findings, which I believe will still read well and wouldn't necessitate rewriting.

OK, thanks. I do think that it's worth a try, so I appreciate the recommendation.

So, let's replace errors with findings. In places where it currently reads "potential" or "possible" errors, we should replace it with "initial findings." However, for the labels, we can just go with "findings."
