新版本还是会存在client无限重启的问题与解决办法 #14

这里主要的问题是Python createfile的时候会提示目录已存在
docker logs id -f 就可以看到日志发现mkdir提示目录已经存在

解决重启的办法，就是在client目录rm直接删掉logs目录即可，随后即可恢复正常
