I copied openrazer when they added support, but they had the wrong number of rows. They later corrected it too.

Fixes:
- Error in razermouse_driver.c
- Missing additions to .gitignore from 1kc#463

For the Basilisk V3 this fixes:

- Added missing matrix brightness support
- Removed `battery` from `featuresMissing` as it is unnecessary

Hey folks, just a heads up that the V3 (in my case, the V3 Pro) doesn't show up at all in the device list!
