Background:
Implementation: Our product - Personal usage, create the value for end-user first, and then apply to commercial usage. More like the strategy of Apple products.

We should also answer the following. If you have some idea of the direction, then I can write more: 2.4.1 Proposed Products / Services 建議的產品/服務 2.4.2 Target Market / Clients and Market Potential 目標市場/客戶和市場潛力 2.4.3 Competition analysis: Any other similar or competitive products / services in the market? If yes, how do you differentiate your products / services from them and what are your competitive edges? 2.4.4 Revenue Model / Revenue Plan 收入模式 / 收入計劃 2.4.5 Exit Strategy (If applicable) 2.4.6 Business Performance Milestones set for every six months during the entire incubation period. |
I am thinking these others as well, seems still not quite solid. |
Some thoughts: If we are in the business of selling beacons and offering free software, then we will need to differentiate our beacons by expanding the functionality beyond what competing beacons can do, sell them for less than our competitors, or we limit the app to only function with our own beacons. If we sell existing beacons, we make $5. If we sell our own, we make $10. But how many do we have to buy in each instance? If none, what better price can we get if we take on some inventory? What is the actual cost of the beacon? If the cost of the beacon is $30 USD and we only sell for $35 USD, the cost is too high. I think the app should always be free to remove any barrier for users to use it. Offering a commercial service and selling the beacons + the beacon hub will allow us to achieve a lot of functionality that is only then limited by how we design the app. Investing our time / money in creating the infrastructure that can be modified with software to fit the need is best if we cannot identify a direction now. |
(A summary of your company’s vision, mission and positioning.) Vision - the virtual and real world will become one world |
Yeah, something like that. Vision - or maybe "introducing the world to smart devices" / "enabling smart devices to see the world" or something like that. |
How about? Vision - Enabling context awareness as living standard |
I am not sure what this would mean to consumers. Vision - Enabling context awareness as living standard. On Wednesday, October 22, 2014, Harry Ng notifications@github.com wrote:

We can change to "Enabling smart devices as living standard" By the way, I think the vision is not for consumers, but more for partners or investors. |

Harry,
Please review questions and answers and fill in information regarding ownership structure, revenue, etc... this is information that I do not have.
Attached are both the application that I have started and the application guide.
As agreed yesterday, I have tailored the answers to be more about our Remember app. The application guide specifically asks for a viable business plan for a product or service to be ready for marketing in 12 to 18 months and that we must have sufficient funds, or plans to raise sufficient funds, for the company to operate for at least one year upon admission to the Incubation Programme.
