Not sure if this falls under police brutality. I watched the videos and it just looked like people being directed onto busses

I agree, it's not an overt case of police brutality.
I'm trying to find out what kind of conditions were onboard the bus. This is an account from a Sheriff's bus, but I know they were used interchangeably.

At the very least, masks were removed from everyone and they were not socially distanced onboard.

I think, given that we've expanded our scope to general misconduct, that it makes sense to include this one.
