archive.json would be much more useful if it contained full thread info like boards.json, rather than just thread IDs.

I would like an archive.json interface that provides the same info as the html one: no., name, excerpt, replies.

The issue is that the file will be too big and we can't paginate results right now.

What about just the most recent N threads? And have you considered gzip-encoding? (never mind, I see you're already doing compression)
