Default filters

Some discussion on setting a default recommended filter going on in "#pol" soKukuneli chatgroup.

To start off, this is my current filter "%chat,^,$,!,#pol,penis/,#rpg"

%chat : General
^ : dev
$ : triva
! : Alerts
#pol : politics
penis/ : ...
#rpg : Role playing game

These are organically obtained. But we could encourage everyone to switch to something that is more structured perhaps.

I recognize that parrot stemmed from sokuku, but there are so many other rooms using this with wildly varying channel setups that you'd be doing a lot more harm than good.

best i can do is %parrot to educate others on how to use parrot and ask/tell what channels are available
