To run the non-blocking interpreter:

> make MIPS_interpreter_DRAM
> ./MIPS_interpreter_DRAM <file name> <ROW_ACCESS_DELAY> <COL_ACCESS_DELAY>

To run the blocking interpreter:

> make MIPS_interpreter_DRAM_blocking
> ./MIPS_interpreter_DRAM_blocking <file name> <ROW_ACCESS_DELAY> <COL_ACCESS_DELAY>
