Feature description

For a static DASH asset define a JSON configuration file according to TS26.512 Clause C3.5. Such json files should be processable by the config translator as defined in issue #13

Example ContentHOstingConfiguration can be found in the 5G-MAG/rt-common-shared repository in the 5gms/examples/ContentHostingConfiguration_Big-Buck-Bunny_pull-ingest.json file.
