When you correctly downloaded the the executable from https://nratings.heliohost.org/download/client/NRatings.Client.application, a shortcut should automatically appear on your desktop, from which you can then run the app. You may be presented with some sort of window saying the app is downloaded from an untrusted source, and you only see a button "don't run". But in that text somewhere is a link with "more info" and if you click on that a button "run anyway" should appear. This should only happen at first installation. Please let me know if you got it to work so I can close this issue |

I just tried reinstalling it myself from that link and it works alright. So the server connection is definitely ok. Maybe it was a temporary issue ? Have you tried again recently ? If it's still not working, please indicate your operating system version. |
Just tried again with no luck. My operating system is Windows 7 |
I also tried safe mode with anti virus off, win firewall on and off, same outcome. I'm at witts end here. |
Have a look at this article and please try the workaround proposed there: https://www.itexperience.net/fix-your-administrator-has-blocked-this-application/ |
Thank you so much, was able to install it using your guide. Thanks for all your work. |
No luck for me unfortunately |
Hi, which version of Windows are you using?

Last night when I tried to run NRatings, it said I had to authenticate
myself, so I made an account and was sent a link to confirm my email, but
now all I get when loading NRatings real results in this load screen and
nothing happens.

Windows 7 |
Ok thanks, and can you also tell me which version of Internet Explorer you
are using ? I think the problem might be there. I have one other user
having the same problem and I suspect he's on Windows 7 too.

I get the same, just sits there with ok, nothing else, using windows 7 pro, firefox brouser. |
I've opened a new topic for the authentication issue as this is a different problem that the issue posted by the OP. Please refer to the #10 |
Thanks for getting this to work on Win 7, did everything like you posted and now works for me. Thank you. |
Tried downloading the latest update. Files show up on my computer but I cannot get the program to run. Doesn't appear to be a run option. Please help.
