Description:

Numerous changes to the fonts used by ESC/P printer emulation:

  • Add John Sauter's OCR-A font, already supported by the code, but never added
  • Update FreeMono (courier.ttf) to the latest version
  • Replace FreeSerif (mislabeled as sansserif.ttf) with FreeSans, fixing a longstanding mistake where "Sans Serif" font was actually a serif one
  • Replace Dustismo Roman (roman.ttf) with FreeSerif, a better Times substitute
