I use a simple config file with bind-to and a secret.
Texts and images work well, but videos don't.

Update: videos work on Android and Telegram Desktop. This must be a bug in the iOS app.

I've also met with this bug and tried to fix it at least 3-4 times with different fixes. It seems yeah, something wrong there.

Did you have this problem in iOS? For me it only occurs in iOS.

Yes, I also use iOS and have absolutely the same behavior
