added no burden for players up to a configurable level (default set to 10) as to keep metas from benefiting. but still able to be helpful for mules or key pullers.
stops all Luminance gains fellowship, quest, hunting etc.
with this update mansions are still available to purchase. if you would like to modify this you can comment out the types you want available in the if statement. will need to add it to the chat message string too.

PK trophies drop on death if you are level 100+, not in the same clan as the killer, have dropped fewer than 2 trophies in the last hour, and have dropped fewer than 10 trophies for today's date (server timezone, midnight to present)

Increased boxed aug gems to give three gems as an easier way to catch up for new players/characters.
