Update the processing pipeline.
Replace the ruby query script by a powershell and a python one (pyadcp).

Neo4j and Zulu JVM (see README.md) are not included in the release and must be downloaded.

Those permissions are optionally extracted from AD Users, Mailbox/DB descriptors, RBAC and MAPI folders on the basis of giving access to users' emails.

This release contains precompiled binaries and a preconfigured neo4j community v3.2.1, only requiring a Windows machine with Java.
