Note this module is dependent on
matplotlib
c++11 (and a suitably recent compiler)
This should work
cd /path/to/download
tar xvzf SLAM-(VERSION)tar.gz (or otherwise extract it)
cd /SLAM-(VERSION)
python setup.py install --user
ignore the compiler warnings
additionally this seems to work (and is more safe(?))
cd /path/to/download (containing only the compressed download)
pip install . --user
Should (in theory) be able to use like
TestScript.py
#!/usr/bin/env python
import polyominomodel
polyominomodel.GrowPoly([1,1,1,1,2,0,0,0])
GenerateGenotype
GenerateBDGenotype
GraphAssemblyOutcome
GrowPoly
