First release on github, up-to date with IMA ADPCM Support

FreeJ2ME.jar is the standalone app and sdl is for raspberry pi platforms.

For libretro, drop the so/dll file into its "cores" folder, and freej2me-lr.jar into "system"

NOTE: Java 8 or newer is REQUIRED in order to use FreeJ2ME
