This contains the refactor of the code to be more go-centric as well as other usability improvements such as alias descriptions.

With the 2.0 release we aim for people to be able to much more easily integrate goquery into their own systems without having to make changes to the goquery code that cannot be upstreamed (private integrations, commands, etc)
