Web Application for CRUD Operations

This web application, built using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, allows users to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on multiple databases. Note : - Keeping the UI very simple, more focus is on backend PHP and DB.
