Release 1.10.9 -- 1 Feb 2020 (compared to 1.10.8)

• Windows fix for incorrectly interpreting paths to oslc.exe as if they were
  "escaped" strings -- for example, "c:\path\to\new\oslc" should not be
  interpreted as "c:\path<tab>o<newline>ewoslc". #1101
• Speed up OSL concat() function. #1103
