Switch to start the scan

So currently on auto-scanning

• User listens to tree, selects nodes and then selects an end node. Says it out loud.. Then starts again.

What we want:

• Option in Settings -> 1-Switch Auto-Scan mode
• "Press switch to start scan" On/Off (Checkbox)
• Default: Off (As it is currently).

@willwade Can you elaborate on what needs to change when the option is active?

At the moment when user select a leaf node. It will say it out loud and it waits for a signal to start over.
Only when pasco starts up, It will start scanning with no signal...

Sure. So this new option. If set will start scanning again automatically. So speak out loud. Short delay. Then start scanning again. It's as though someone presses the button again
