Change log

  • Refactored the codebase so every module is well grouped and structured
  • Rewrote the implementation of Event
  • Manager classes manage analysis objects. Their methods are then attached to AnimalBehaviorAnalysis.
    • Every config uniquely maps to a AnimalBehaviorAnalysis Instance
  • Used registry to handle core API, task program and integration apis
  • Added sandbox that's responsible for isolating python scope and running code
    • Every sandbox owns a AnimalBehaviorAnalysis Instance
  • Separate code generation and code execution
  • Cleaner front end and back end separation
  • Added informative demo notebooks
  • Simplify installation and requirements
  • Added DeepLabCut Pytorch SuperAnimal and GPT-4o
  • Temporarily removed SAM and SAM cached objects to prepare for language queriable SAM
  • Temporarily removed dockerfile for it being outdated
