Not reproduced both cases.
Please try to disable-enable content blockers in Safari settings and restart Safari, and check for filters update.
Do not close AdGuard window ~60 seconds, because iOS will breaks configuration process.

This rule is working fine.
PC is screenshot No.3 with this rule working.
iPhone is different. The image is blocked by the rule, but the image placeholder is not removed.
The PC also does not lose the frame as well as the iPhone.

Cannot reproduce with your settings. Please, try to enable AdGuard Japanese filter and AdGuard Mobile Ads filter.

AdGuard DNS don’t work on Yahoo! JAPAN anymore. The developers of AdGuard DNS don’t intend to support ad removal on this web site? How do I coordinate Japanese filters with AdGuard DNS? Or I should purchase another AdGuard product, right? By the way I don’t believe Yahoo! JAPAN is “not popular enough.” Thanks in advance.

Elements of the pages and specific URLs cannot be blocked on DNS level.

Actually they can be blocked by ||yads.c.yimg.jp^. I'll add to JPF so that will be added to DNS filter too.
