Allow vars domains

Major code changes for big improvements:

• Support various variable types other than continuous ones
• Update OMADS API in DMDO to use latest OMADS version release
• Improve DMDO output directory and results files and add a new output log file "DMDO.log"
  • Subproblem level output files: Generate results files for each subproblem at each coordination iteration
  • Coordination level output summary: Generate a results file that summarize the coordination design criteria, variables and their consistency history
• Modularize the code; splitting the code file into multiple files
• Improve testing script
• Delete unnecessary files
• Fix bugs
