Summary:

• resolves Deprecate Gulp use #17; removes the dependency on Gulp
• resolves Deprecate shape.json #24; the practice of using a shape.json file to generate local design tokens
• resolves Automate latest version of dependencies  #25; the process of managing package version from the package template file
• resolves Custom namespace support  #27; support for the custom namespacing of a component
