[Bug]: No mobs spawn

What happened?

In 1.20.1 minecraft version none mob of ice and fire mod spawns and when i tried to locate one of the structures of the mod the mobs around you just freeze

Minecraft Version

1.20.1

Ice and Fire version

iceandfire-2.1.13-1.20.1-beta-4

Citadel version

citadel-2.5.4-1.20.1

Relevant log output

• I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
• I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue

have you tried to search 1000 blocs away your spawn ? the mod have a "security" where the mobs don't spawn in a radius of 1000 blocs of your spawn. Personnaly after this radius i can find dragon in stage 4 of 5 but i don t have another mobs.
