In the body text, give us as much useful detail as you can.
We will take a look at your mail, tag it and add it to the issues list. Then we'll send you an email with a link to the issue. So you can watch it, and we can keep track of it. If your question has already been asked and answered, we'll send you a link to the issue that answered it.
