Add ISSUE_TEMPLATE directory and Issue Forms

Included

  • bug.yml
  • enhancement.yml
  • config.yml Turns off blank issues

Discussion Topics

  • Both forms are presently generic and not specific to alienworlds-api, does the generic version work for now to be iterated upon later, or should we specialize the forms to alienworlds-api now?
  • Are there any issue types that are missing?
  • Are there any arbitrary links we should include on the "New Issue" page? (such as links to AW support)

Changed base branch since this PR does not affect application code and is only applicable to default branch.

This is a great idea. I think that generic templates are enough. In the future, additional ones may be useful, e.g. for UI

You have already considered the most important types, which are:

  • bug report
  • feature requests

In some repos, people open issues because they don't know how to use the lib or it's not well documented. In such cases, the moderator asks to open thread on their forum or ask on the stack overflow

I don't know if there is a need for some template for general questions like "how to do this and that". In future Stack Overflow could be used for this kind of questions.
