Currently, all our references are being filled in automatically whenever a new upstream security advisory comes into ALBS.

We need to be able to:

Using the UI, we can add/update/remove references into security advisories
CVE data needs to be rendered accordingly inside CVE information table in Patch Info tab. Required data is:
- Publication date
- Severity
- URL
- Ref CVSS3
  This info can be retrieved from https://nvd.nist.gov/. As an example, this is the info for CVE-33621.
