When package's or extra-source's URL doesn't contain a checksum (that is prohibited on official repository but permitted on others),
opam-bundlefails, because opam create a corresponding cache directory only for archives whose hash is specified in opam file.This PR fixes this by creating the cache directory in a similar way as opam does.
