Syncing Youtube and Spotify playlists

bugs and improvements:

• sometimes script need to be executed twice to detect changes
• deletion sometimes fails
• upload to heroku and execute every hour
• better youtube title cleanup for easier spotify search
• batch search and add songs to playlists
