Fixing packaging... Yay!

Packaging fixed. Kinda. Still need to work out how the installer is installing (or not) and what's going on there.

Now using Squirrel, and adds an icon!

Yup, this will add an icon to your start menu (Though currently that icon is labelled "Electron", which is annoying).
