Apps does not open

Im using iphone 11 on IOS 15.4. I downloaded Library Merger from app store. Download has completed. However the app does not open. I click the app, a white screen come up for a quick second and then disappears and i go back to my iphone home screen. I have jw library installed version 14.0.2

Hi @Edoval1 , thank you for reporting this issue! It's a bit hard to reproduce this for me, but I'm wondering if re-installing the app might solve it. Have you tried that already? 🙂

Hi!
I have the same problem exactly. It crashes on start-up or doesn't start I guess.. :/ just gives a quick white blink and disappears.

iPhone 8 Plus
IOS 15.2
JWL v 14.1

Any updates soon?
Would love to be able to merge! =)
