New

• 🔧 Tool change with tool length measurement (router, GRBL/grblHAL): at M6 T<n> or CNC Craft's tool change the job stops, the spindle turns off, Z moves up and a small window shows the new tool. Choose Fixed sensor (measures the tool and shifts the Z zero by the length difference) or Mobile touch plate (you place it, CNC Craft probes). Stops at once on alarm, E-stop, lost connection or Stop, and the job only continues after you confirm. Optional M6 T<n> in the G-code. Please test it first without a workpiece, finger on the E-stop.
• 🏔 3D milling from STL/3MF/STEP: reliefs, signs and bowls with roughing and finishing, computed on all CPU cores, with a 3D preview of the result.
• ✂️ Split 3D models automatically: outline, through holes and (stepped) pockets are found from the model.
• 🧩 Several operations per shape: e.g. pocket, then chamfer, then cut out – each with its own tool and depth. New Chamfer operation and Assign tools per operation type.
• 💶 Cost calculator: what a part costs (material, machine time, tool wear, your price).
• 🔦 Laser material presets: start values for diode and CO₂ lasers by power.
• 🛠 More router strategies: rest machining, drilling, finishing pass, ramp entry, dogbones, adaptive clearing, V-carve and V-carve inlay.
• 🗺 Probe surface (height map) and ⏭ resume a job from any line.
• Extras: material test grid, QR codes, serial numbers / CSV, STL for 3D printing, name generator, adjust material thickness, 3D view with the real milling result.
• 🔤 Fonts: 26 included fonts, a single-line engraving font, all system fonts and your own font files, with a new font picker.

Improved

• Auto enhance in the engraving window with Gentle and Strong profiles and local contrast.

Fixed

• The 3D import window and the node graph window have their own titles again.

• 🔧 Werkzeugwechsel mit Werkzeuglängen-Messung (Fräse, GRBL/grblHAL): bei M6 T<n> oder dem Werkzeugwechsel von CNC Craft hält der Job an, die Spindel geht aus, Z fährt hoch und ein kleines Fenster zeigt das neue Werkzeug. Wählbar: Fester Sensor (misst das Werkzeug und verschiebt den Z-Nullpunkt um den Längenunterschied) oder Mobile Tastplatte (du legst sie unter, CNC Craft tastet an). Bei Alarm, Not-Aus, Verbindungsabbruch oder Stopp wird sofort angehalten, weiter geht es nur nach deiner Bestätigung. Wahlweise M6 T<n> im G-Code. Bitte zuerst ohne Werkstück testen, Finger am Not-Aus.
• 🏔 3D-Fräsen aus STL/3MF/STEP: Reliefs, Schilder und Schalen mit Schruppen und Schlichten, berechnet auf allen Prozessorkernen, mit 3D-Vorschau des Ergebnisses.
• ✂️ 3D-Modelle automatisch aufteilen: Umriss, durchgehende Löcher und (gestufte) Taschen werden aus dem Modell erkannt.
• 🧩 Mehrere Bearbeitungen pro Form: z. B. Tasche, dann Fase, dann Ausschneiden – jede mit eigenem Werkzeug und eigener Tiefe. Neue Bearbeitung Fase und Werkzeuge zuweisen je Bearbeitungsart.
• 💶 Kostenrechner: was ein Teil kostet (Material, Maschinenzeit, Werkzeugverschleiß, dein Preis).
• 🔦 Laser-Materialvorlagen: Startwerte für Dioden- und CO₂-Laser je nach Leistung.
• 🛠 Mehr Fräs-Strategien: Restmaterial, Bohren, Schlichtgang, Rampen-Eintauchen, Dogbones, adaptives Räumen, V-Carve und V-Carve-Inlay.
• 🗺 Oberfläche abtasten (Höhenkarte) und ⏭ Job ab einer beliebigen Zeile fortsetzen.
• Extras: Material-Testraster, QR-Codes, Seriennummern / CSV, STL für den 3D-Druck, Namensgenerator, Materialstärke anpassen, 3D-Ansicht mit dem echten Fräsergebnis.
• 🔤 Schriften: 26 mitgelieferte Schriften, eine Einlinien-Gravurschrift, alle Systemschriften und eigene Schriftdateien, mit neuer Schriftauswahl.

Verbessert

• Automatisch verbessern im Gravur-Fenster mit den Profilen Sanft und Kräftig und lokalem Kontrast.

Behoben

• Das 3D-Import-Fenster und das Knoten-Fenster haben wieder ihre eigenen Titel.
