Changing Folder Names

Change the name of all the folders in the Repository in a serial wise order starting from 1 and so on.
Maintain the following order :
01-Tools
02-Exploratory Data Analysis
03-Feature Engineering
04-Metrics
05-Linear Regression
06-Polynomial Regression
07-Support Vector Regression
08-Decision Tree Regression
09-Random Forest Regression
and rest if any is there basically make sure they are in order of how they are meant to be learned.
