Use separate ARel values for left and right talus compatibility frame. This is needed so that the left talus compatibility frame is correctly oriented.
The check is done by loading AMMR 2.4.4 talus surf into the compatibility frame. It will be coincident with the AMMR 3.0 talus, whose segmental frame is coincident with the foot segmental frame.
Changelog entry is not needed as it already exists.
