Addon: Video streaming

It should be possible for the user to watch his video files on as many different devices as he wants although these devices do not support e.g. the video's codec.

• Users should be able to configure quick presets for themselves

  • Ability to export/import them
  • Resolution (default is highest available)
  • FPS (default is 60, 30 or original when below 30)
  • Video/Audio/Subtitle stream to select by default (stream filter)
    • e.g. I might define audio preferences as jp,de,en and configure English subtitles to be selected when jp audio is selected as under normal conditions, I'd not have jp content that I would want to watch without subtitles
  • Amount of audio channels (2 by default)
  • Subtitles as hardsub? (default is yes for streaming)

• Stream filters allow for selecting a (e.g. video) stream by defining conditions that need to be met

  • Should be able to define what automatically selected audio stream causes a specific subtitle language to enable

• 720p
• 480p
• 240p
