Hello Team,
We take new code from your repo. And compare it with old code both code are same. Not found any change.
We have manually fixed all changes and did add to cart and we stuck on the checkout page. Unable to proceed to place order.

I'm facing the same problem on M2.2.11 and M2.4.2-p2
