Steam resources is a folder where Steam Skin is located. The original one got too many useless spaces, new lines and tabbing. This repository just get rid of those, making it clearer to the eye.
At the beggining it will be just compressed ( I will get rid of comments too - Once I finish tabbing and removing extra characters ) - Less space on disk. But once I complete it, I will start comenting it as well, so people know what they are going to touch.
Well, since I am the only one working on this for free, there is no fixed date. If I am on the mood, I will keep working on it as much as I can and want. But expect it to be about a week or 2 ( The Uncommented one ). For the commented version there's no guessing.
Sure. Unless Valve lawyers sue me, which they can't, since editting Steam Skin is free and detailed in their Valve Developer Center website.

Mine is just unmoddified Steam Resource ( Just better optimize and clear ). For people that want either to touch it by themself, without external programs or for people that just want to use the default steam skin, but using less space.
Just download the resource folder and place it in your Steam folder ( Yes, you will need to overwrite your files ). If you want to modify it, place it inside a folder, inside the Skins folder. Ex: ..\Steam\Skins\YourSkinName\resource
