1.9.1-b3 corrective and enhancement patch

  • Added a new argument for cmds repeatFreq : 'week'. (asked by Pro245Mc in issue #30)
  • Fixed the "skip days value in date" bug in cmds repeatFreq
    (issue #31).
  • Spigot API updated to 1.21.
