Bug report

When launching a plane in AUTO and THR_SUPP_MAN enabled you can control the throttle before automatic takeoff takes the control of it.

Issue is that the controller forces the throttle to zero when launch is detected and then start the throttle ramp again to the desidered launch throttle.

Would be great if the throttle is not taken back to zero and the ramp starts from the actual throttle pilot has set on the radio before launching (assuming throttle set by pilot is lower than maax takeoff throttle).
