Codeman 1.45.0 is out: 15 PRs from six contributors. The two big ones: you can rename a case now, folder and all, and agents can leave each other messages without typing into anyone's pane.
Rename a case. @opticon454: the case manager has a Rename action. A case under
~/codeman-casesgets its folder renamed too, and a linked case can rename just its name or its real folder. If sessions have the folder open, Codeman lists them and only stops them if you say so. Claude Code's history (the Resume list included), the case order and the case's default session group move to the new name.An agent inbox. @Randalix built it in the shape we worked out in #558:
codeman agent post <id> "<text>",codeman agent inbox [--wait]andcodeman agent ack <ids>. A message stays until its receiver acks it, so nothing gets lost between reading and acking, andcodeman agent lshas an INBOX column. Inboxes live in memory unless you turn on Keep agent inbox across restarts in Settings.Pick the agent from Cmd+K. @aakhter: the palette's New session row shows which agent it'll start, and Left/Right changes it without touching the Run button. A Docker case offers its container's agents.
A resizable header toolbar. @opticon454: drag the line between the tabs and the toolbar. As the toolbar narrows it wraps onto a second line instead of squeezing the tabs, and the usage readings drop their labels bit by bit. Double-click puts it back.
GPU and CPU clocks in the header (opt-in). Also @opticon454: GPU Stats adds GPU load, VRAM and the GPU clock, and CPU MHz adds the CPU clock. NVIDIA is read through
nvidia-smi, AMD through sysfs, and inside WSL any vendor works (minus the GPU clock). Both are off by default, and nothing is read until you turn one on.Fixes.
tailscale serveor a tunnel, ten typos from anyone used to lock everybody out for 15 minutes. Now the per-address limit is 50, each account gets ten tries per address, and nobody on another address can lock you out. Also from @aakhter: prompts that start with-arrive now, an event stream stuck on "connecting" after a phone wakes up on a VPN gets retried, and every session lookup has to be handed the request, so an ownership check can't be skipped by accident.codeman tui's Alt+1..9. @christianhaberl reported both in tmux: key bindings can still move a client onto another session (nested Docker/remote servers, TUI root bindings) #671.~/.local/binlink and launch now, the follow-up from fix(terminal): isolate scroll batches and support tracked Codex scrolling #645.Release notes: https://github.com/Ark0N/Codeman/releases/tag/codeman%401.45.0
To update: Settings, System, Updates in the app, or re-run the install line.
Thanks: @opticon454, @aakhter, @JDProfresh, @Randalix, @Hugo-DDT, @johoja12, and @christianhaberl for the report.
