Plugins that are developed for and work exclusively on specific networks should be filtered out in the Plugin Manager as to not let users wondering why a plugin isn't working and developers needing to implement extra checks and displays to handle unsupported networks.

This could be implemented by adding a supportedNetworks: string | string[] property to the plugins configuration.
