Make it more obvious you're not connected to the network

User rdk1979 in Slack had trouble connecting to the network on his Mac. The root cause was Little Snitch blocking network access, but it didn't notify like it normally does. If it had been more obvious that the client wasn't connected, it would have been easier to diagnose the issue. In this case, there would have been no toast notifications of disconnect, because it never connected in the first place.

It doesn't have to be complex. Possibly make the cloud icon red when not connected. Or if you have a better idea, give that a try 😁
