refactor: add SearchResource component

Adds a base SearchResource component and refactors the various search modals to build upon that component (e.g. SearchContact, SelectAccount, SearchHelp [<- previously SearchModal]).

SelectAccount can then be renamed to SearchAccount. There's also a SelectDelegate component which could be refactored using the SearchResource component.
