Crawl Standard Korean Dictionary and save as TSV file:

If you want to convert Open Korean Dictionary’s XLS to TSV, use xls2tsv
executable.
Convert a dictionary directory to TSV file:
xls2tsv input_dir/ output.tsv
Convert a dictionary file to TSV file:
xls2tsv input.xls output.tsv
